Payment and Pricing:
Fixed rates
Non-refundable $25.00 deposit required to set date (credited in full to final invoice)
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, check, or cash
Service Limitations:
Team does not handle tasks requiring ladders, waste removal, black mold remediation, feces cleanup, pest removal, or heavy lifting due to safety. Clients should clarify specific needs.
Pet management:
Keep pets in a separate room during cleaning to prevent hazards and avoid the need for re-cleaning. This ensures the safety of both pets and cleaners.
Health and Safety Precautions:
Notify Clean Clarity LLC in advance if anyone in the household is sick or has a contagious illness to reschedule. This protects both clients and Clean Clarity LLC staff.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies:
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24-48 hours.
Complaint and Satisfaction Policies:
If ever dissatisfied, clients should notify Clean Clarity LLC team (while on property) to address concerns. “Your happiness is our priority!”
Refund Policy
Services are generally non-refundable once performed (labor and time cannot be “returned,” but with honest communication while on property we can fix any misunderstandings.
Scheduling and Timing:
Same day scheduling is optional BUT is not always guaranteed.
Treat Cleaners with Respect:
Avoid condescending language, dismissive attitudes, or treating them as inferior. Address them politely.
Be Honest and Transparent:
Clearly communicate expectations, preferences, concerns upfront, or anything in general to avoid misunderstanding.
Respect Boundaries:
Avoid asking cleaners to perform tasks outside their service, such as personal tasks.
Acknowledge Their Humanity:
Clean Clarity LLC is paid to clean areas “ONCE” till next booking only. There is no cleaning it again if kids, pets, or owner makes a mess while our team is there.
Utilities & Compliance:
Running water (hot/cold) fully operational at all sinks, toilets, etc.
Electricity on with working outlets and lighting
Property must meet local codes (no active hazards)
These are non-negotiable. If not met upon arrival, we may cancel or reschedule.
Independent Service Provider
Clean Clarity LLC team are not your employees, but independent contractors.
Quality Assurance/ Documentation
To avoid “did we clean this?” debate, Photographs are taken before & after (while maintaining client confidentially).
Please Note
We remove, dirt, grime, most stains, and buildup to make them sanitary and visually better. However, we cannot restore surfaces, because restoration involves repairing or refinishing damage, wear, etching, discoloration, or material degradation that goes beyond surface-level cleaning.
